This is a blog about Networking, and Network security, which is my proposed college major, the technology surrounding it, and the truth you need to know about said things, plus a smattering of odd tidbits ;)

Looking for work.
Well, I'm looking for work in the PC sales or repair fields, and retail. If anyone has a lead or 3, be sure to drop me a line for the Cumberland or Camden County, NJ areas :)

FireSheep
I'll make this simple. If you use a free wireless hotspot for web surfing, make sure to use the following apps and plugins...
Mozilla Firefox 3.6.12
ForceTLS 2.0 Addon
HTTPS Everywhere Addon
Flashblock
Adblock Plus
NoScript
If you are using a free wifi hotspot that is NOT secured, and are not using those listed apps and addons, dont be surprised if someone hijacks your login for facebook or twitter and gets all malicious or worse... Enjoy!
BTW - Google those listed if you dont know where to find them :)

And now, the yogurt dip.
This yogurt dip is damn simple, and tasty.
1 QT plain yogurt
1 pack bacon
1 block feta cheese
3 tablespoons mayo
Cook the bacon to desired crunchiness. Break up the feta. Break up the bacon. Mix all together. Chill for 2 hours. Grab chips and eat :)
See? I remembered the dip...

New Blog, and yogurt dip.
Hello, my name is John and I will be your blogger this evening. Our specialty today is a snide attitude with a side of acronym sauce. Coffee is limited to 1 barrel per person, per table, per day, and we do not refund tips, despite charging 237%.
Basically, this blog will be about my life, technology, computer and network security, and the occasional food recipe. Who knows, I might even post code one day :)
